Bioversity Student Application

Bioversity’s eight-week training program is free and all students receive a generous stipend in order to prevent any financial barriers to attending and completing the program. Our trainings provide students with technical training in a biotech lab alongside professional and job search training. All of our programs are in-person Monday – Thursday, 9:30AM – 3:30PM.

Our goal for all students is to help them find a full-time job in at a local life sciences company in a lab operations or biomanufacturing role. Our graduates are averaging $26/hr with comprehensive benefits in these new roles and are on a path to a new career. Bioversity staff provides individualized job placement support to all students helping them find a job at our 35+ employer partners.

Program requirements:

18+ years of age
High school diploma or GED
U.S. work authorization
Strong English language skills
Commitment to apply to full-time life sciences jobs post-graduation

Everyone who fills out this form will receive a follow-up email to take an online assessment. Completing the online assessment is a mandatory step in order to move ahead in the application process.

Please note that this form is the first step in the application process and does not guarantee placement into a future Bioversity training cohort. Not all applicants will be accepted into the training program.
